Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our items are personalized engraved jewelry, please allow extra processing time for custom engraving requests. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

- Expedited Shipping: 7‑12 business days

International Shipping We currently mainly serve customers from the United States. International shipping to other countries is available, and international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package status via the tracking link in the email.
Undelivered / Lost Packages Please double‑check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer‑provided addresses. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to our customer support within 14 days.
Where We Do Not Ship We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO / FPO military addresses.
